  • Remove the air filter and power dock before cleaning
  • Spray the entire coverall with minimum 75% alcohol and place it flat to dry in the shade.         
  • Lightly wipe the surfaces of the air filter with 75% alcohol, being careful not to wet the inside
  • Disinfection is recommended immediately after each use.

Coverall Filter Assembly:
  1. Unzip the left chest zipper and take out the transparent breathing tube from the pocket. Plug the tube into the outlet valve of the air filter dock (1).
  2. Take out the USB cable from the left chest pocket and plug it into the USB port on the side of the air filter dock (1).
  3. Place the air filter dock (1) back into the left chest pocket, with the outlet valve and breathing tube facing upward toward the collar and the circular opening on the face of the filter dock inserted through the hole in the transparent panel.
  4. Place the air filter pad (2) in the center of the lower cover of the filter canister (3), then screw the two covers together tightly with the air filter pad inside.
  5. Attach the assembled filter canister (3) to the air filter dock (1) by screwing it onto the circular opening inserted through the hole in the transparent panel.
  6. Zip up the left chest pocket with the filter dock inside.
  7. Take the power bank and connect it to the USB cable inside the left hip pocket, then place the power bank inside the pocket and zip it up.

Putting on the Coverall:
  1. Put on the coverall and zip up the front zip, attaching the velcro flap at the top.
  2. After putting on the coverall, check the cuffs to ensure clothing is fully covered and adjust the    sleeves if required.
  3. Turn on the power dock and check that air is flowing from the neckline.
  4. Once airflow is confirmed, attach the zipper on the edge of the mask to the zipper line on the rim of the hood, then drag the zipper around the rim of the hood to attach the mask.
  5. Tear off the velcro flap on the right side of the mask. Pull the flap around the back of your neck,  bringing it forward to the front of the mask.Re-attach it to the velcro mat on the right side of the mask so that it is covering the neckline.
